Reportedly, the demand for electric furnace (EF) Al-killed finished steel wires have dropped after China Steel Corp. (CSC), the largest carbon steel pipe makers in Taiwan announced to remain its list prices for EF Al-killed wire rods unchanged for April.

Accordingly, the transaction prices of EF Al-killed finished steel wires have dropped slightly in the Taiwanese market.

At present, the transaction prices of EF Al-killed finished steel wire are at NT$25,500~NT$25,700/ton, falling by NT$300/ton.
